To offer our service free of charge for guest users and in the Lite plan, we use Google AdSense to display personalized advertising. Cookies and similar technologies are used which collect usage data and transmit it to Google servers (including in the USA). You can object to personalized advertising at any time.

Payment and order processing is managed by our authorized reseller Paddle.com. As the Merchant of Record, Paddle is responsible for all payment-related matters. Paddle’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy apply (https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy).

EU citizens have comprehensive rights under GDPR, including access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. 3. Terms of Service

Text2Voca is an AI-powered text analysis tool for language learners. Use is possible without registration (guest), with free registration (Lite), or via paid subscription (Basic, Plus, Premium). Analyses are based on automated AI models (Google Gemini, spaCy) and are not guaranteed to be correct or complete. The service does not constitute educational, legal, medical, or financial advice.

By using Text2Voca, you accept these Terms of Service. Text2Voca is a service of 226datafab and is intended exclusively for individuals for private or professional use. Commercial distribution or resale of analysis results is not permitted.

Payments and subscriptions are processed via our partner Paddle (https://www.paddle.com), who acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle's Terms of Service and their 14-day refund policy for consumers apply. If you are not satisfied with our service, you have the right to cancel your initial subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as outlined in the Paddle Buyer Terms and Conditions (https://www.paddle.com/legal/invoiced-consumer-terms). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can cancel at any time via your user account or by email to 226datafab [at] gmail [dot] com, taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

You are responsible for protecting your access credentials and undertake not to share them with third parties. In case of suspected unauthorized use, please inform us immediately. Misuse, violations of these Terms of Service, or use of the service for illegal purposes may result in immediate suspension or deletion of your account.

We strive for high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance work, technical disruptions, or force majeure may lead to temporary outages. Analysis results are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies or errors. You use the service at your own risk.

4. Quotas, Add-Ons, and Billing Terms

The character and minute credits included in the Basic, Plus, and Premium subscriptions ('inclusive quotas') are automatically reset at the beginning of each billing period (monthly or annually) and cannot be carried over to the next period.

Character or minute credits are only consumed when an analysis is displayed completely and without technical errors. In case of technical errors, missing transcripts, or processing interruptions, no quota is charged.

Text analyses require a minimum of 150 characters, video analyses require a minimum length of 3 minutes. If this minimum length is not reached, no analysis is performed and no quota is charged.

Users of the Basic, Plus, and Premium subscriptions can purchase additional quotas (add-ons) in units of 50,000 characters or 50 minutes for a fee. Add-ons have no time limit and remain valid until fully used. First, the monthly inclusive quotas are consumed, only then do purchased add-ons apply.

Add-ons cannot be refunded, transferred, or converted into money. Add-ons are not available in the Lite plan.

An upgrade to a higher subscription is possible at any time and will be charged proportionally. For downgrades, the existing subscription must be canceled at the end of the current billing period, after which a new subscription can be selected. Retroactive refunds for downgrades are excluded.

Upon cancellation of the subscription or deletion of the user account, all unused remaining quotas (both inclusive quotas and add-ons) expire irrevocably and without claim to refund.

5. Liability and Language Notice

All analysis and summary content provided by Text2Voca is automatically generated by AI models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or gaps. No guarantee is given for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. This service does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or educational advice. Users are responsible for interpreting the results independently and using them exclusively as non-binding references. Before making important decisions, original sources should always be verified or qualified professionals consulted. The liability of 226datafab is limited to intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable in case of breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) as well as damages from injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, liability is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability regulations, in particular under product liability law, remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract is Seoul, South Korea. Korean law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers resident in the EU, mandatory consumer protection rights of their country of residence remain unaffected. Only the Korean version of these Terms of Service is legally binding. Translations into other languages (German, English, Spanish, French) serve user-friendliness only and have no legal binding effect.
